Refunds & disputes
Because you’re only ever charged for the actual connected time of a call, charges are final once a call ends — except where a refund is required by law. A short or unsatisfying call doesn’t by itself qualify for a refund.
If something went wrong
If you think you were charged in error — for example, a technical failure interrupted the call, or you see a billing mistake — email [email protected] and we’ll review it in good faith.
Please contact us before a chargeback
We ask that you reach out to us to sort out any billing concern before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank (except for genuinely unauthorized use of your card). Chargebacks against legitimate charges can lead to account suspension. The full policy is in Section 9 of our Terms.
