Payment methods & saved cards

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You add a card when you first request a creator, and because calls are charged after they end, your card is securely saved as a credential on file so each call can settle and you don’t have to re-enter it every time.

Is my card safe?

Your card is tokenized and handled by our payment gateway — the full card number never touches Seconds’ own servers. We keep only a secure token, your card’s brand and last four digits, and your billing address, so each call can settle. When you add a card, we may run a quick verification to confirm it’s valid; that’s a check, not a charge.

Removing a card

You can remove a saved card at any time. Doing so stops you from placing new calls until you add another card. Anything you already owe for completed calls still settles.
