Is Seconds an adult site?

No. Seconds is a pay-per-second video calling service. It is not an adult site, and it is not a content site of any kind. The difference is not a matter of branding — it is how the product is built, and it is worth understanding exactly.

We host no recorded content. None.

There is no library on Seconds. No catalog, no feed, no archive, no gallery, no clips, no downloads, no pay-per-view. There is nothing to browse, buy, stream, save, or replay, because no recording of a call exists anywhere on our systems — not deleted, not expired, not archived. It was never created.

Seconds has no feature that lets anyone upload or publish a video. That capability does not exist in the product. A call on Seconds is a live conversation between two people, and when it ends, it is gone.

We cannot see or hear your calls

Calls are end-to-end encrypted. The encryption keys are created on your device and the other person’s device and are never sent to us, so we hold nothing that could unlock a call.

We also hide your IP address from the other person. To do that, we route the encrypted stream through a relay instead of connecting the two devices directly. That relay passes along scrambled packets it has no key for — it cannot read them, and it does not keep them. We run no server that sits in the middle of a call, and we run nothing that records, transcribes, or scans one.

This is a property of the architecture, not a promise about our intentions. There is no setting we could quietly change, because the capability was never built. It also means that if we are asked for call audio or video — by a user, by a lawyer, or by law enforcement with a warrant — we have nothing to give.

What we do keep

Only the receipt: who spoke with whom, when the call started and ended, how long it ran, the rate, the amount charged, and connection quality data. That is what it takes to bill a call, pay the creator, and settle a dispute. No audio, no video, no stills, no transcript.

What we moderate — which is a lot

Not seeing inside calls does not make us hands-off. We moderate every surface we actually control, and we are strict about it:

• Creators are vetted twice. Nobody becomes a creator without passing third-party identity verification (a real person, 18 or over) and being approved by a human on our team. Both are required. Fail either one and you cannot take calls or get paid.
• Every image is reviewed by a person. Each upload goes into a moderation queue where a human approves, flags, or removes it, and every decision is permanently logged. Removed images disappear from the site everywhere.
• No explicit content anywhere we host it. Profile photos, banners, usernames, display names, and profile text may not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexual solicitation. This is enforced, not aspirational.
• Fan accounts are moderated too. Not just creators. Fans can be reported, blocked, restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.
• Reports reach a human. Anyone can report or block anyone. Reports are triaged by a person and tracked until they are resolved.
• Payments are watched. Transactions, payouts, and traffic are monitored continuously for fraud and abuse.

If something happens on a call

Report it. We cannot watch calls, but we can and do act on accounts. Reports are investigated using account history, transaction records, and what you tell us — and enforcement lands on the account, the payments, and the access. Being unable to see a call has never stopped us from removing someone.

Use the Report and Block tools, or email abuse@seconds.me for anything urgent — including non-consensual intimate imagery or anything involving a minor. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activity, and we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as federal law requires.

Recording a call is not allowed

You may not record, screenshot, or share any part of a call without the express consent of everyone on it, wherever you live. We have no way to detect third-party recording, which is exactly why the rule is strict and why breaking it costs you your account — and can break wiretap and intimate-imagery laws.

The short version

We host no explicit content and no recorded content at all. We verify every Creator's identity and age through a third-party provider plus a human reviewer, and everyone else must affirm they are an adult before they can call. We moderate hard everywhere we can see. And the private conversation between two adults is encrypted, unrecorded, and out of our reach by design. We moderate everything we can see, and we built the call so that we cannot see it.
